Our founders, Angelo Giannitto and John Campbell have software delivery experience spanning over 25 years and bring their personal experience as hiring managers and as delivery professionals to the recruitment area, providing a breath of fresh air for both clients and candidates alike.
Their past experience as Hiring and Project Delivery Managers permeates our selection process and it underpins our approach to hiring our own resourcing professionals to ensure we all understand the client needs and the candidate capabilities at a level very few, if any other recruitment agencies can provide.
Angelo has over 25 years experience in software delivery, starting his career as a developer, he quickly moved into analysis and project management roles and eventually into senior management.
In 1995 he became an independent consultant and has moved across various industries including Telecomms, Defence, Retail, Government, Insurance and Banking as a developer, business analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Head of.
He is experienced in various methods, techniques and tools including Prince 2, Agile, RUP, so brings a wealth of knowledge and ability to understand our client's hiring requirements and candidate skills and experience.
His experience in project delivery and project management also supports our value added services such as project estimation and resource planning, definition of organizational roles, responsibilities and supporting job descriptions, and consulting in formulating project approach, products and deliverables.
Angelo actively engages with clients as a project manager and business analyst and, aside from delivering quality projects, also works to help client's with improving their delivery approaches and project management techniques while keeping in touch with the real world of delivery so that Bellitto Systems can stay sharp and in touch with our clients and candidate's needs.
John has over 20 years of experience in the telecoms arena and software delivery. Starting his career in the British army, he quickly learned he had a knack for telecoms and supporting software systems.
On leaving the british army John joined Hutchison Telecom as a field engineer and enjoyed the first a many network launches as Orange was born.
Rising quickly through the organisation John found himself as the principle field engineer for the south, one of the youngets to obtain the position to date. After approximatly a year John was head hunted for another network startup in Holland, a position that provided irisitable challanges.
After 3 years in Holland John was again head hunter for a role in Nokia, then again for a role as a buisness analyst in FirstMark. It was at this stage that John was presented with another network starup oppertunity in the form of '3', one of the first pure 3G (UMTS) networks to launch.
It was here that John found his vocation in the OSS with real flare for network inventory systems. A place that John could apply his real world knowledge to systems supporting network design and planning.
